Physical and virtual servers require daily support and administration. Server support service is a service designed for contract customers of Primend and includes updating of servers, 24/7 monitoring (monitoring of hard disk, memory and processor capacity) and prevention of errors. Server support service is generally provided so that the customer does not even notice it, outside working hours.
