The purpose of the Data Privacy Policy is to aid in achieving Primend’s goals by protecting privacy of business partners and persons
Data Privacy Policy covers Primend’s every business line.

Supervision over the improvement and implementation of principles resulting from the Policy lies with company management board. Management Board delegates policy implementation making sure that employees are properly prepared.
Data Privacy Policy has been made available to employees through intranet.

EMPLOYEE PRIVACY
Primend collects and processes personal data of employees in scope necessary for completing work tasks, prevention and recovery from system failures and to prevent offence against the law.

PRIVACY IN MARKETING
Primend values and respects the privacy of its clients and makes every effort to ensure that their personal data is processed in a lawful and secure manner, including protected against unauthorized access and transfer.
This Privacy Policy explains and clarifies how we, as data controller, treat our customer’s personal data according to (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
