• Business customers:
  Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Business Premium customers can purchase Copilot for Microsoft 365 - through a Microsoft Cloud solution Provider (CSP) partner.

  Microsoft 365 A3/A5 and Office 365 A3/A5 customers can purchase a Copilot license through a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partner.

• Mandatory number of users:
  Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Business Premium customers can purchase up to 300 licenses. In the case of Copilot, which is the so-called an additional product that requires the main product (Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Office 365 E3/E5 or Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Business Premium). The add-on product can be linked to an existing base product license and the end date can be set to the same as the base product.

In terms of security, what do I need to consider?

• Copilot does not use your data to train or improve any third-party products or services, such as OpenAI.

• Copilot adheres to existing data permissions and policies, and users only see responses based on data they have access to.
• Copilot encrypts your data both at rest and in transit, ensuring robust security measures.
• Copilot blocks prompt injections (jailbreak attacks) that are designed to provoke the AI model into exhibiting unwanted behaviors.
