In this training, we introduce the main ways to use Copilot in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word. The practical exercises focus on Copilot features that participants can already use with the free version of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

- managing the inbox more efficiently;
- getting quick overviews and summaries of emails;
- drafting emails directly in Outlook.
Teams
- creating memos from transcribed text;
- automatic meeting notes and summaries, available with a paid licence;
- getting quick information and interim summaries during meetings, available with a paid licence.
Copilot agents
- an overview of Microsoft agents;
- how to create simple task-based agents;
- SharePoint agents, available with a paid licence or pay-as-you-go payment model.
Excel
- creating insights from data and trends;
- automatically processing and transforming data.
Word
- creating quick drafts;
- editing, improving and structuring texts with the help of an agent.
Features that require a paid licence are introduced in a lecture format, so participants can understand how a paid Copilot licence could create additional value in their everyday work.
