Primend has come to an agreement with an Estonian IT company Iteraction, to merge our businesses. The merger will support Primend’s expansion in Baltic cloud services market with an improved team and knowledge.
The merger of Primend and Iteraction creates a company where the skills and knowledge of both parties complement each other to offer an even better customer experience and more diverse services. The merger will not affect existing service agreements or arrangements with customers, which will be fulfilled on the same terms as before the merger.
After the merger a combined total of 64 people work in Primend’s Baltic offices in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. Joosep Truu, member of the Management Board of Iteraction, will join Primend's shareholders and will participate as an active partner in the development of Primend.

Joosep Truu, the founder and member of the board of Iteraction, stated that together with Primend's team, even higher goals can be set for the future. “Working in IT, the desire to develop and grow is a part of our DNA. I believe that by joining Primend, we will complement each other's knowledge and skills in a way that one plus one would not equal two, but the added value for our customers would be even greater in the future,” added Truu.
